There are two kinds of people in the world:
people searching for something more who know it, and
people searching for some thing more who don’t know it.
In other words, deep down inside, we are all searching for something more. These shows were developed with the intention of appealing to both groups. Feedback from people who are on a spiritual path, as well as many who are not, confirms that the shows have wide appeal.
Some people have asked if Everyday Faith is targeted exclusively toward Catholics since the show airs on Michigan Catholic Radio. The answer is no, the show’s appeal is not limited to Catholics, and in fact, a number of guests are not Catholic.
Why do I mention all this? I mention it because our faith is not just meant to be lived, but it is also meant to be shared. I hope if you find these shows to be enlightening, encouraging or helpful, you will consider sharing the site, or even just a few particular shows, with others.
If you want to tell someone about the site, you can copy this URL, www.everydayfaith.net, and paste it in to an email message.
Or, another way to share with someone is to download some shows to your computer, burn them to a CD and share the CDs.
For example:
Marriage: A Daring Promise would be a terrific show to give to someone who may be struggling in their marriage.
Building Better Families by Matthew Kelly provides great advice for parents.
Interviews by Lou Holtz, Jon Kitna or Mike Babcock would interest any sports fan in your life who you would like to grow in their faith.
Dying Well could help someone struggling to take care of a loved one who is dying.
Christian Service can inspire someone to become more committed to service.
The programs on this show are designed to help and inspire people in their everyday lives. I hope you can find a program on this site that inspires you, or someone you care about.
